    The division

Commercial space, built around the business inside it

LINX Commercial delivers construction, refurbishment and fit-out for commercial landlords, occupiers and tenants across London and the South East. Fit-outs start from £30,000 and commercial new builds from £260,000; most other commercial work is priced after a survey.

The division covers the whole building: fit-outs, new builds and conversions, MEP and HVAC, fire safety and compliance, and the property management that follows. Specialist spaces — medical and healthcare, beauty and wellness, restaurants and gyms — are designed around the equipment and regulations they depend on.

Public sector clients use the same team for office, healthcare and education fit-outs, and for refurbishment and compliance works in government buildings.
