Advanced engineering solutions for mechanical, electrical, and civil infrastructure projects

What we do
LINX engineering covers the systems inside a building and the infrastructure around it. Our M&E engineers design and install heating, air conditioning, ventilation, electrical and plumbing systems; our civil engineering team delivers roads, drainage, groundworks and public realm works.
Both sit within a design and build group, so engineering is coordinated with the architecture: plant space, service routes, drainage and levels are planned with the building and checked for Building Regulations and Part L compliance before work starts.
We work for homeowners, developers, commercial clients and the public sector across London and the South East, and stay on afterwards with maintenance, inspections and compliance support.
