The division
The property development division works in joint venture with investors and landowners. Each partner contributes what they hold — a site, a building or funding — and LINX contributes the in-house architects, planning team and construction company that turn it into finished homes or commercial space.
For private partners the division buys and redevelops properties on projects of £1M and more, acquires land and takes new-build schemes through planning, and builds high-end and mid-market residential developments and buy-to-sell and buy-to-let conversions.
For councils and housing associations it forms joint ventures to regenerate brownfield and underused land, deliver affordable housing and bring forward mixed-use schemes, with planning and development management handled in-house.
