Overview
LINX acts as main contractor on residential and commercial developments across London and the South East, taking single-point responsibility from pre-construction through to practical completion and the defects period.
Pre-construction support covers feasibility input, budget costing, cost planning, tendering, design development and value engineering. On site we hold programme, procurement, subcontractor management and the coordination of Building Control, structural, M&E and utilities — through testing, commissioning, snagging and handover.
We work under traditional, design and build, and construction management arrangements, and are comfortable being brought in early to shape buildability before the drawings are fixed.
For a developer that means one programme, one line of reporting and one team accountable for quality — a dedicated project manager and site foreman, daily updates and weekly progress reports from mobilisation to handover.

What's included
