Rear Extension — Vitali Close, SW15

LINX Design & Build completed this rear extension project in Vitali Close, SW15, creating a larger, brighter and more practical living space with a strong connection to the garden.

The client's objective was to increase the usable ground-floor space while introducing a modern architectural finish. The project incorporated a metal roof, large bi-fold doors and a fully tiled floor, resulting in a contemporary extension designed for everyday family living. The complete project had a value of £65,000 including VAT and was delivered over a 6-week construction programme.

Rear Extension — the main element of the project was the construction of the new rear extension. Our team managed the building works from the structural stages through to completion, coordinating the different trades required to create the finished space. The extension significantly increased the ground-floor living area and provided the homeowners with a more open and versatile environment.

Metal Roof — a key architectural feature of the extension was the metal roof, giving the new structure a clean, modern appearance. The contemporary roof design helped distinguish the extension while complementing the overall character of the property.
