Our services
Demolition is the first stage of many building projects — taking down an old extension, outbuilding or whole structure, or stripping a building back before it is rebuilt. We plan it with a structural survey and method statement, manage safety, dust and noise on site, and sort and recycle the waste.
Because LINX also designs and builds, the cleared site can go straight on to the next phase: groundworks, drainage and site setup for the new construction.

Equipment: Excavators, breakers, cranes
Professional demolition services for buildings and structures, from partial demolition to complete site clearance.

Equipment: Excavators, dumpers, compactors

Comprehensive waste management including collection, sorting, recycling, and disposal of demolition materials.

Equipment: Specialist equipment, containment
Licensed asbestos removal and disposal services, ensuring safe handling and compliance with regulations.
What's included
Every job follows the same four stages: site survey and planning, permits and approvals, demolition and clearance, then waste management and handover of a site ready for the next phase.

Often, yes. Depending on the building and where it is, the council may need to approve the demolition or be given notice before work starts, and listed buildings and conservation areas have stricter rules. We find out what applies and obtain the permits, approvals and notifications needed for the demolition and the waste disposal.
It is collected and sorted, recycled where possible, and the rest goes for licensed disposal — with waste transfer notes provided for your records.
Buildings put up before 2000 may contain asbestos, so an asbestos survey comes before any demolition or strip-out. Where asbestos is found, it is removed and disposed of safely by licensed specialists, with air monitoring and certification.
Yes. Once the site is clear we can carry out the site preparation — groundworks, drainage installation, access roads and site setup — and hand it over ready for the next phase, or build the project ourselves as your design and build contractor.
