About this project
A comprehensive kitchen infill extension and internal renovation, designed to create a brighter, more spacious and more functional living environment. The project extended the existing kitchen, brought in a great deal more natural light, and upgraded key areas of the property with modern finishes and practical design features.
The infill extension increased the usable kitchen space, with electrically operated rooflights positioned to maximise daylight through the middle of the plan and new uPVC French doors opening the room to the garden. A complete fitted kitchen was installed, along with new flooring throughout the renovated areas and a bespoke arched pocket door leading through to the utility.
Upstairs, the first-floor bathroom was fully refurbished. The project completed in 10 weeks at a total value of £95,000 including VAT, delivering a modern kitchen extension with improved natural light, better flow and beautifully upgraded interior spaces.
