A comprehensive loft conversion and renovation project at Montrose Avenue, transforming unused attic space into a beautiful and functional living area. This project included structural modifications, new stairs, insulation, and complete interior finishing to create a stunning additional bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
The renovation extended throughout the property, modernising the kitchen, bathrooms, and living spaces with high-quality materials and contemporary design. Every detail was carefully executed by Linx Design Build to enhance the property's value and provide the clients with a sophisticated, cohesive living environment.
