This project involved the construction of a single-storey rear extension alongside a new front porch at a residential property in Isleworth, London TW7. The works were designed to enhance both the internal living space and the external appearance of the home, delivering a practical and high-spec family layout.
The rear extension created a stunning modern open-plan kitchen and dining area featuring bespoke teal cabinetry, quartz worktops, a copper range hood, and integrated AEG appliances. Aluminium bi-fold doors open directly onto the rear garden, while multiple skylights flood the space with natural light — creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.
The scope included full structural alterations with steel installation, new plumbing and electrical systems, contemporary bathroom installation, and all internal finishes including plastering, premium vinyl flooring, and decorating. The new front porch features a pitched roof design with frosted glass panels and an anthracite grey composite door, adding significant kerb appeal.
Completed within approximately 4 months from design to handover, this project was delivered as a full Design & Build turnkey service — from initial architectural drawings and planning through to construction and final snagging — all managed by a single dedicated team.
