The enquiry enters our CRM tagged to you. Our team qualifies it, books the consultation and prepares the quotation.

We deliver the project
From design and planning through to construction and handover, we manage the entire process on your client's behalf.

You get paid
Once your referred client signs their contract and their deposit clears, your commission is approved and paid monthly.

What makes a qualified referral.
So that every introduction is worth your time and ours, referrals should meet the following criteria:
- Project budget normally £30,000 or above
- Property located within LINX operating areas
- Decision-maker contact details supplied
- Type of work clearly identified
- A realistic timeframe
- Consent to be contacted
- No duplicate enquiry already held in our CRM
